Our research on selective protein degradation by the ubiquitin-proteasome-system and regulation of protein function by posttranslational modifications is integrated into the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) "Chemical and Biological Principles of Cellular Proteostasis" financed by the DFG.
Our research at the interface of chemistry and biology is supported and financed by the “Konstanz Research School Chemical Biology” which was founded in fall 2007 within the framework of the German Excellence Initiative of the DFG.
