Participation fees

Registration covers meeting fees, catering at breaks, meals and hotel accommodation.

Abstract submission is welcome from all participants

• Student with Abstract submission:   290 €*

   (* Subsidised category. Please note that to benefit from this fee an Abstract must be submitted)

- Attendance in double room accommodation: 340 €

- Attendance in single room accommodation: 450 €
(Limited availability)

- Meeting attendance only (no hotel): 190 €

ATTENTION:  after 20th July 2024 only Conference attendance is possible, hotel reservations must be made separately

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations received less than 2 month prior to the meeting start the accommodation costs will not be refunded.
• For cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to the meeting start the registration costs will not be refunded
• Substitutions will not incur additional costs.

Payments can only be made by bank transfer to the University of Konstanz.
