We process your data for the purpose of organizing the photo collection.

The data entered in the form will be sent to us by e-mail and stored in TYPO3.

Mandatory information is requested in the form. This information must be entered completely and correctly. If this is not the case, the call for ideas will be rejected.

The following data is collected and stored via the form:

- Surname and first name

- E-mail address and contact number

- Age group

- Submitted photo idea and description

- Uploaded photos

4. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of data for results from Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit.a) EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) (Einwilligung)

5. Purpose of the data processing

The data collected is used for the Nature Positive Photo Contest at the University of Konstanz.

6. Duration of storage

Your above-mentioned data will be stored for as long as it is needed for the purposes of the call for ideas. The data will be deleted immediately on December 31, 2025 at the latest.

7. Passing on the data

Internal recipients: If you have provided data, we, the Excellence Strategy Coordination Team, will forward your data internally to the following bodies: Rectorate and Senate

External recipients: None.

8. your rights

- You have the right to receive information from the University of Konstanz about the personal data stored about you in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO and/or to have incorrectly stored personal data corrected in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO.
